<p>Dates:<br />
Prelims &#8211; Friday, November 14th (all classes)<br />
Finals &#8211; Monday, January 5th (all classes)</p>
<p>Time: All Classes (on top of that day&#8217;s WOD)</p>
<p><strong>Baseline &amp; Final will be one set of as many handstand pushups with full range of motion as possible.</strong></p>
<p><strong> Judging will be strict</strong></p>
<p>Exercise Form is as follows:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#800000;"> 1. Starting Position:</span></strong><br />
-Arms must be locked out at the top</p>
<p>-Legs must be in contact with each other at all times</p>
<p>-Hands must be no wider than the furthest tip of your thumb in-line with the outer most part of your lat (judges have final call)</p>
<p>-Hands can be no further than 1 hands length away from the wall</p>
<p>-If you are using a band, your feet must be directly over a space that is no wider than a hands length from where your hands are in any direction. (judges call)</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#800000;">2. Movement:</span></strong><br />
-Some part of the lower body must stay in contact with the wall (band) throughout the full range of motion, most likely the feet.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#800000;">3. Bottom &amp; Finish</span></strong><br />
-Whether the exercise is prescribed or scaled, full range of motion must be met by touching the point where your forehead and the top of your head meet to either the floor or the abmat you are using.</p>
<p>-The movement is then reversed back to the starting position, again, without some part of your lower body coming off the wall (band), most likely the feet. </p>
<p>- Legs must stay in contact with each other on the way back up as well.</p>
<p><strong>**THIS CHALLENGE IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS**</strong></p>
<p>The challenge is as follows:<br />
Because the Baseline counts as the first day of hspu&#8217;s, the second day will  be the actual start date.<br />
2 reps on Saturday, November 15.<br />
3 reps on Sunday, November 16.<br />
4 reps on Monday, November 17.<br />
5 reps on Tuesday, November 18.<br />
and so on until day 50&#8230;..<br />
50 reps on Friday, January 2nd.</p>
<p>Prelims: Friday, November 14th – All Classes<br />
Finals: Monday, January 5th &#8211; All Classes</p>
<p><strong>Levels<br />
Level 1 &#8211; No Scaling, Full lockout to floor to full lockout.<br />
Level 2 &#8211; 1 Ab-mat, Full lockout to ab-mat to full lockout.<br />
Level 3 &#8211; 1 Ab-mat + 2-5 pound plates, Full lockout to ab-mat to full lockout<br />
Level 4 &#8211; Band of choice, Full lockout to floor to full lockout.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Rules:</strong><br />
- You must choose the level you are going to compete in and STAY in that category for the duration of the competition.</p>
<p>- Reps will not count if the range of motion you choose is not fully met. This goes for your baseline and the final set.</p>
<p>- Friday, November 14th will count both as setting your baseline and the first day of the 50 day challenge. First day = 1 rep, second day = 2 reps, third day = 3 reps and so until Friday, January 2nd which is the 50th day, meaning 50 reps must be completed. You then get the weekend off in order to recover and on Monday the 5th, you come in and try your one set again.</p>
<p>- The Baseline and Final set is exactly that. You get one set to complete as many reps as possible while staying within the movement rules set above.</p>
<p>- If HSPU&#8217;s show up in a workout, you may count them towards that specific day&#8217;s reps if you want them to.</p>
<p>- You can complete each day&#8217;s reps all at once, or broken up and done at different times throughout the day.</p>
<p>- If you miss the start date of the challenge, which is November 14th, you can buy-in to the challenge at any time by doing all the missed days reps, including that day&#8217;s reps,  on your first day.</p>
<p>- If for some reason you miss a day, you have to make up all the missed reps the following day. This included in addition to that day&#8217;s required reps.</p>
